In Tricia’s Hatha Yoga classes, you are given an opportunity to practice presence of mind within this simple series of traditional yoga poses.
Together, we explore body, breath and mind alike in this slow, powerful class, featuring flowing and meditative elements. From beginner to advanced, all are welcome!
Classes are on Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm & Saturdays from 10:00 am to 11:00 am!
Please bring a mat and water and plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early.
